Yoga is for children, too! |
 |
Yoga classes include yoga postures,
breathing exercises, games, art and stories.
Yoga classes develop creativity & self-discipline
and enhance body awareness skills.
Classes are enjoyable and non-competitive. |
Yoga teaches
basic values... integrity, perseverance, compassion, health
and well-being. Children who practice yoga cultivate
lifelong mindfulness skills.
Many successful
people in all walks of life use yoga to enhance their health
and well-being. Give your child a head start on the path to
a healthy, successful, well-balanced life. |

Kids Yoga is only for children who want to be here.
Do not force your child to attend class. Kids Yoga is not
intended for parents - you may register your child and go to
the adult's yoga class in the next room or run your errands and come back later. If your child is
new to the class and shy or fearful of being left alone, you
may stay with your child for the first few minutes of class.
The teacher will cue you when it's okay for you to leave. |
